2.  Clean complex 

1 pwr clean from pocket

1 pwr clean from hi hang

1 pwr clean

1 sq clean from pocket

1 sq clean from hi hang

6 rounds, increase weight every time.  Can’t drop bar or round doesn’t count.

Worked up to heavy 205 BS.

clean complex:  85, 95, 105, 115, 120, 125, 125  Dropped it at 125 on the sq clean from hi hang.  redid it and lost it on last rep, but grip was failing too much to do the last round again.
