CrossFit Newton does WOD 13.1

OPEN WOD 13.1

40 burpees

30 snatches 45 lb

30 burpees

30 snatches 75 lb

20 burpees

30 snatches 100 lb

10 burpees

30 snatches 120 lb

158 reps!  My goal was 160.  I got no-repped on 1 at 100….bummer!  I’m really excited about my results on this wod.  I haven’t power snatched more than 85 lbs since august due to shoulder injury.  I got 8 at 100.  

Currently sitting in 12th in Northeast out of 585 athletes in 40-44 age group, 146 out of 4763 in the world.   I’ll take it!  🙂

Bring on 13.2!!!!!
