Did this one this am with Sam and Krista.  5 plates, 6 plates, 7 plates, 7 plates + 25 lb, 8 plates.  Didn’t time this one.  Rested as needed.  

2. triceps skull crusher

3 x 8 same weight for all three sets/rest 2 min between sets

15, 20, 20, 20 lbs.
