1 rm hang clean 165….30 lb PR.  At regionals last year I had to split 135.  Today 165 felt easier than regionals.  I think I have 170-175 in me!  🙂

wod: 9:51  wall balls were awful in my new merrell trail zero drop shoes.  but, I kept at it.  It can only get better….right?  😦
