as heavy as possible

95, 105, 115, 120 (got 2 and 1/2 for this one….boooo)

1B. Pull-ups

2-2-2-2/rest 2 min

as heavy as possible

use the weight belt

20 #, 22.5, 22.5, 25

2A. bench press

3-3-3-3/rest :15 sec

as heavy as possible

on your last set do as many push-ups as possible

120, 130, 140, 150

Then 23 in tight push ups after last round….last week was only 17!

2B. bent over row with reverse grip

5-5-5-5/rest 2 min

115 x 4

3. Pull-apparts

12-15 x 3/rest 2 min
