work up to a heavy single = 175
First time fs’ing over 135 since November, so I’d say this is a big win! Got up to 175 and my form was MUCH better than it’s ever been.

This was AWFUL! I got 10 burpees shy of 3 rounds. Not what I was going for, but the squat cleans burned my legs more than I expected.
