Front Squat

work up to a heavy single = 175

First time fs’ing over 135 since November, so I’d say this is a big win!  Got up to 175 and my form was MUCH better than it’s ever been.

Got up to 40lbs….big surprise that my shoulder was able to do this today.  Kinda excited!

20 min AMRAP

20 squat cleans @ 95lb

20 cal AD

20 burpees

2 rounds plus 20 cals AD, plus 10 burpees

This was AWFUL!  I got 10 burpees shy of 3 rounds.  Not what I was going for, but the squat cleans burned my legs more than I expected.
