I slept through my morning session today.  😦

A.  Snatch; 70% x 2 singles x 4 sets
Worked up to 80 lbs.  FIrst time squat snatching on my shoulder in 6 or 7 weeks…NO PAIN!  yippee…   a little rusty though.  here’s the video of last set.
B.  BS – HS
worked up to 205.  may have been able to go higher, but wanted to save a little something for the wod.

Was able to get thru all the wall balls this time and managed 11 du.  This is a HUGE improvement from last time.  🙂

Really worked on pacing on this one.  Took breath in on way down from top to front rack, breath out on way up.  Seemed to work well.  Got 3 sets of 10 in 20, 28, 24 seconds.

Did these at 148 lbs.  Wow…crazy how much heavier these percentages are now that I’ve pulled a 175 pwr clean!

These 90, 95, 100% wods continue to challenge me.  And, just when I think I have nothing left, I manage to squeak out a few seconds.  Kind of excited!!!
