A.  Paused FS – HS  Went for a max on this one….was able to get 165 with 2 sec. pause at the bottom, but it was SO SSSSLLLLOOOOWWW!  But, I got it!
B.  3 position clean (ground + below knee + mid thigh) – build to HS I was feeling 14.3 big time on this one.  Got 125 ok, went for 135 and dumped it in front at the second position.  Decided to call it there to save something in the tank for the PM session.
C.  BB bent over row x 8 x 3 sets  85, 85, 95
