This was a bit ugly (and heavy).  worked up to 185, dumped the 3rd rep on second set, so went down to 175 for 2 more sets
B. High Hang Snatch; 65% x 3 – EMOM x 5 minutes (78lb)  Moved this to the PM, ran out of time.
C. Pendlay Row x 5 x 4 @ 20×2
2 x 85, 2 x 95 lbs

High hang power snatch, worked up to 78 lbs and did 2 tng emotm for 6 min.

40 burpees to target 6” over reach
50 wall balls, 20#
amrap double unders in rest of time
made it through 37 wall balls in 13 min.  Did 1 min of du after….47….i’m good with that!  🙂  This wod was really tough, but super good for my confidence on 14.5.  Heavy thrusters is 10, 5, 5.  Cleans in 5 tng.  40 burpees continuous.  wb’s in sets of 5.  First time doing this heavy of a wb.  Pretty happy with my consistency on pace.
Currently sitting at 158th place…..LET’S GO 14.5!!!!  I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME THIS YEAR!!!!!!  🙂
