8-10 thrusters @ 65# x 3 sets, rest 60 seconds.. work on control and breathing here
Really worked on pacing on this one.  Took breath in on way down from top to front rack, breath out on way up.  Seemed to work well.  Got 3 sets of 10 in 20, 28, 24 seconds.
