21:50….Rowed the first 50 at about a 1000m cal/hr pace, second at about 950 cal/hr pace, third around 850 hr/cal pace.  Double Unders were pretty good entire time.  The HSPU were a game changer for me today.  Not my best.  Overall, pretty disappointed in my time on this one. 

Going to try to keep my head in the game for wods 2 and 3 tomorrow, but on very little sleep due to traveling, I’m not sure what is going to happen.
