95×5 reps, 100 x 1….the titles on the videos are wrong. I forgot I was using a girl bar, so thinking I was doing 110, was really doing 100. Pretty big disappointment to figure out afterwards.

B. C&J; 5 reps @ 85% (135)
1 rep at 125, 135 x 4 reps…this is the highest I’ve done for a jerk in a long time. Getting up there i guess…

C. Front Squat @ 55×1 tempo x 3 reps x 4 sets, rest 60 seconds
I did these at 60%….felt pretty good about my form on these. Need to get elbows up a little higher, but depth seems good.
D. legless rope climb x 2 reps x 4 sets, rest 60 seconds
I did 8 rope climbs in 14 min flat. Not super fast, but not totally a disappointment. 🙂 something successful for today.
