HS skill work
Wall HS … got 2 sets at 30 seconds facing wall.
Wall box walks….these were challenging.  will work more on this!
Parallette shoulder stand…happy with these…3 sets of 15 second holds.
Weighted plank holds 45 sec with 25 lb plate
A.  BS; 70% x 2 reps @ 23×1 x 5 sets….got all 5 sets at 160!!!  🙂  FINALLY!
B.  Hip Snatch + snatch from below knee (1+1) x 4 sets – off feel…getting these a little closer to my face!  🙂  worked at 55, 65, 70, 70
C.  Strict pull up @ 21×5-7 x 2 reps x 4 sets

I was pretty tired after all that other stuff, but set a goal to finish the 15’s.  Got thru 2 calories on the AD in my set of 15’s.  Not horrible!  🙂
