A.  Single arm DB press x 6/side x 3 sets

Used 30 lb DB for this.  Last rep was a struggle on the right side.  Left was good entire time.  
B.  DL x 2 reps @ 85% x 2 sets, 75% x 3 reps x 2 sets

It’s been a while since I’ve done heavy deads.  I’m confident in this movement though, so didn’t stress it.  I wore a belt b/c my back was sore from everything yesterday.

C.  Hang power clean x 3 TnG reps – every 90 seconds x 5 sets – go off feel here

I was a little tired, but tried to work up to a sort of heavy triple.  Went 115, 125 x 3, 135 for last set.  Here are a few sets in this video:
