A.  Snatch from below knee + ground – E2MOTM x 3 sets @ 60-65%
B.  Front Squat @ 25×1 @ 50-60% x 5 reps x 3 sets.. stay tight in bottoms
C.  Clean pull from above knee x 5 x 3 @ 90% of clean max
D.  EmOM x 10 minutes = 3-5 strict pull ups
