Gymnastics Practice

Did 1 legless, 1 reg rope climb each round.  Might be able to start doing all legless next week. tendinitis is getting a bit better.  Was able to do the 1 min of hollow holds much easier this week.  ring dips were good.  tried to keep it in tighter this time.  Here’s some vid…

ummmmmm…..this sucked balls!  After the first round I hit lactic acid buildup at 100m each time.  I guess that’s what full effort will do!
