A.  Snatch; 80% x 1, 85% x 1, 90% x 1 (92, 98, 104

oh boy, today was a fucking adventure.  😦  Worked up from 55, 65, 75, 85…felt solid so went to 93, 98, and finally 103.  93 I got on the 2nd try.  98 in 1 attempt.  103 took me about 45 min.  Holy crap…I’m a mental case.  Here’s the vids.  I sent the 103 to my oly coach.  He said my bar path is good, but I’m jumping back and my right foot is turning out.  This foot has serious mobility issues that I’m working on, but this is getting super annoying.  Had to take a break, eat some food and regroup for later…

B.  C&J; build to a comfortable single here (would love to get 165 or over)

my back was pretty smoked from the snatches today so I decided to save the squatting for the front squats and power cleaned the C&j.  I wanted 160.  Came close 2 x but just didn’t get my head thru enough.  Here’s vids at 160 and 153.  boooo….

155, 165, 170, 170, 170…these were also disappointing….was hoping for 175 plus! 😦 ugh
