A.  Drop Snatch x 2 x 3 sets
B.  BS; 90% of best clean x 5 reps x 3 sets *hold each rep for 2 sec. in the bottom
C.  Weighted pull up x 5 reps x 4 sets *after each 5th rep drop the weight and do a max effort chin over bar hold
