gymnastics work
Had to go shopping for my friends baby shower so was not able to do gymnastics today.  😦

A.  Muscle snatch x 2 reps + snatch balance x 1 rep x 3 sets.. light weight and go off feel here
Worked at 55 for these.  Here’s the video:
B.  Snatch; 6-8 total reps @ 70-80%.. focus on catch position with feet and shoulders
Worked at 85 lbs for this today. Hit 6 reps….failed 2.  
C.  Front Squat @ 23×1 tempo @ 60% of BS x 5 reps x 3 sets
135 lbs  5 reps…..but I did 5 sets of this I think.  😦  ugh!

13:33….this was awful!  Broke the pu’s into 6, 5, 5, 5 for every round.  Thrusters in 8/7 then 5/5/5 for last two rounds.  PC were unbroken.  I just felt slow!  damn thrusters!
