gymnastics work
got this late at night so went thru two rounds of everything.  Was able to solidly hold HS for 10 seconds for 3 rounds.  shoulder stand was pretty easy….finally….something easy!  feeling more confident upside down.  will need that for saturdays wod!

A.  Snatch grip push press + OHS (4+1) and OHS tempo is 55×1 x 5 sets here.. build upon last week
worked up to 65 lbs.  tried to focus on shoulders and upper thoracic.  a little bummed that this isn’t gettin better.  😦
B.  Snatch from above knees x 2 x 3 sets @ 65%
Worked at 75 for these.  did dump in front a couple times.  frustrating….
PM:
C.1  BS @ 75% w/ a 3 sec. hold in the bottom x 4 sets, rest 20 seconds (172)
C.2  CTB pull ups x 5-10 UB reps x 4 sets, rest 20 seconds
completed set at 173 and 5 ctb each round.  wanted to save some grip for TTB.
Most weight ever done on pause bs, so that’s a big win!

completed 3’s, 6’s, 9’s, 12’s and 5 squat cleans in the round of 15s.  All ttb were ub (even the 12s!!)  Squat cleans were shit.  Split everything into 3’s.  Kinda bummed about that.  bj overs were slow and steady.  This wod sucked but i’m happy that I finished an entire strength, gymnastics and wod on the same day since being sick.
