6 reps tng x 4 rounds…..heavy, but doable. surprised I was able to do so well at this weight given I haven’t done DL in a while. HAPPY!!!
B. handstand walking – complete 100 ft. for time
14:07 for 108 total feet!….This started out slowly, only 2-3 steps on the way down the turf, but by the way back, I was doing between 6 and 12 steps at a time. YAY!
