A.  Snatch; from above knee + ground (2+1) x 3 sets @ 70-75% (84-90).. focus on new catch work
worked on form…couldn’t go over 65 lbs with this.
B.  BS; 80% (184) x 3 x 5 sets.. speed out of the whole here
totally missed these….don’t know what happened here.
C.  kipping MU work – 8 minutes  (use bands to work on timing of pull before going over)
worked great with blue and red band.  then couldn’t get one when it counted.  starting to get discouraged.  Need to work on my grip.  basically took no false grip today…that definitely didn’t work.
