A.  Clean; 80% x 1, 65% x 1, 80-85% x 1, 65% x 1, 80-85% x 1, 65%x1 missed these b/c forearms locked up from legless rope climbs from the floor.
B.  BN Snatch grip push press x 3 x 4 sets.. nothing over 75% of snatch – work on flexed wrist catch and holding for 3 sec. OH
