A.  Snatch Balance + OHS (3+2) x 3 sets.. based off feel of hip
Worked at 55 and 65 lbs.  Didn’t want to stress out my knee too much.  A little tight in tspine area so these were not my best.
B.  CPU + Jerk (3+2) x 3 sets .. based off feel of hip
Im definitely rusty on squats since taking 2 weeks off of full depth.  These felt heavy at 75…lol!
C.  10 minute EmOM

I love chippers!  This wod went very well.  Slow row at 2:09ish pace per 500m.  Split the pwr cleans into 10, 10, 10, pullups 5 sets of 5 butterfly pu (not great idea…my shoulders are achey) plus 5 kipping, power snatches felt AMAZING.  3 sets of 10.  Burpees were slowwwwwww, but got it done.  TTB were 3 sets of 10, s2oh were 3 sets of 10 pj’s, 100 du took me about 3 min as 10 sets of 10.  I had nothing left by then and was wearing oly shoes.  Kinda sucked, but wasn’t going to beat myself up about it.  Happy with wod time of 26:57
