A. 1/4 Front Squat @ 80-90% of clean x 5 x 3 sets.. hold last rep for 10 sec. in rack
These felt pretty light. Cant wait to do regular squats next week.
B. Sn grip push press x 3 x 3 @ 80-90% of snatch.. work on catch, flexed wrist position and aggressive lock out
definitely not as confident at the higher weights. But, the flexed wrist position is coming along and lockout is more aggressive.
C. Kip swing on rings x 10 x 3
I skipped these in order to save my arms for the ctb’s. I was nervous about getting a PR!
1-10 unbroken cTB pull up ladder… try to beat last week.. now that you know you can do it

Doing this after the ctb was SO hard! I had to leave at 1300 to make PT appt. But, it was all good….still awful.
