B.  Snatch grip push press + OHS; 3+2 x 2 sets + 1+1 x 4 sets (start at 65…work up to 95?)
3 + 2 at 65, 75, then worked my way up for the singles 85, 95, 105(f), 105
I went back in my videos from 80 lb OHS in May of 2014 and compared to today’s vids of 95 and 105….pretty freaking remarkable…and very cool to see the difference.

3 rounds plus 5 thrusters, 10 du.  I have to admit,  I didn’t give this wod 100% today.  I was kinda pissy that I had to do 20 du per round in my oly shoes, so I just wasn’t moving very fast.  But, I gave a LOT to get into the triple digits for my OHS…that wore me out a bit.  Tomorrow will be better!  🙂
