CTB pull ups
2 rounds plus 8 thrusters & 8 ctb’s…all rounds UB except for last set of 8 ctbs which were 4, 1, 1, 1, 1.  Arms were just smoked by then.  Thrusters starting to feel better.  Able to get more flexion at the ankle which is allowing me to move my knees over my toes, thus weight felt LIGHTER!!!  finally!
