Felt a bit tight today, but didn’t want to waste a bunch of time on this one since I knew I had lots of shoulders ahead of me.  Went 55, 75, 99 (45 kilos)

fired up about how this wod went.  Decided to give up the false grip tonight and really focus on utilizing my kip.  It seemed to work:

round 2, UB wb’s, 20/20/10 du, 2 linked mu!!!
round 3, UB wb’s, 20/20/10 du, 1 single mu, failed on 2nd attempt, 1 single mu
round 4, UB wb’s, 20/20/10 du, 2 linked mu!!!
22:42 with 4:30 minutes of rest time in between….so pysched!
