A.  Snatch; 75%x5, 80%x5, 85%x5,
beginning snatches were pretty shaky.  failed a couple at 75%, failed 3 at 80%, got all at 85%
B.  Front Squat; 80%x3x3sets
140 x 3 x 3, not horrible!

CRUSHED THIS!!!!  16:56….73 butterfly pu’s, 4 rounds UB, 8/7 for last round.  All hang cleans ub.  Pulled slow pace on row 850-950 cal/hr….tried to save wind and energy for pu’s.  I think that strategy worked!!!
