215 today….not too shabby for not squatting for 5-6 weeks!
B.  CTB pull ups – amrap x 1 set *film this
13 kipping, 6 butterfly
150 wall balls, for time@ 14# to 10 ft. target

10:26….no no reps!  sets of 10 then last set was 4/3/3.  next time may try sets of 12 and see what that does to my time.  liked this strategy.  It was VERY manageable!
